We are a local non-profit organization providing support to build Schools and Libraries for the local community.
Our Mission
Este Rural Development, Inc. is a The Landscape nonprofit organization engaged in projects and endeavors in the Este Woreda of South Gondar, Ethiopia, to improve the quality of life of the community in the areas of health, education, safety, and agricultural productivity. Projects that have the highest impact on the youth, the women, and small holder farmers will be given priority in order to result in the maximum benefit to the community.

About The Founder
When she is not coordinating projects in her home community of Gonder, Axumawit is the Managing Director of HaTech, an ICT Solutions company.
She received her BSc in Electrical Engineering from BahirDar University, has studied at the Graduate School of KULeuven in Leuven, Belgium, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration from the American College of Technology (ACT).
Axum’s passions include the music of the great Aster Awoke, dancing, interior designing, advocating for the rights of women and girls, and giving back to the Gonder community that has given her so much.
What We Did & Planned
Axumite had a conversation with Addis Media on our recently completed Elementary School project, the coming up public library project and future plans.
Our Goals
All donations 100% will go to Public Library Construction. Our project is working with the local community and we’ve achieved great successes.

- 35% for Educational Funds
- 25% for Supporting Students
